Whey Sponsorship Program

A Little Help Goes a Long Whey!

The Cheese LAN provides financial aid to community members for whom the cost of attending is a hardship. This is made possible through the funds provided by ticket sales and by the generous donations of other members of the community. To apply, simply follow the instructions below.

Please note: these sponsorship spots are limited and can range from fully comped to reduced ticket prices depending on application volume and sponsorship fund availability. We will do everything we can to get you in a seat!

Submissions due by 6/14/26

Please write 2-3 paragraphs explaining why you'd like to attend The BIG Cheese LAN Party. You do not need to explain why you cannot afford the event. This is not the intent, nor any of our business. We simply want to know why YOU want to be there and what attending means to you. Tell us what games you like to play and what you're hoping to gain from joining us!

All submissions will remain confidential, as will any sponsorship recipients. One individual from our team will be reviewing & approving all submissions. Submissions utilizing AI will be immediately rejected on principle.

Submissions will be reviewed and sponsorships awarded on 6/20 via email.
